Some customers find compression garments supportive after birth. Please follow your healthcare provider's guidance on when compression is appropriate for you. Silhouette makes no medical claims and is not a recovery product.

Wear it as long as it feels comfortable. Remove promptly if you experience pain, numbness, breathing difficulty, or restricted circulation.

Step in and roll the fabric gently upward. Fasten closures from the lowest hook first and align seams evenly.

Hand wash cold with mild detergent. Lay flat to dry. No bleach, tumble drying, or dry cleaning.

Correctly sized garments should not roll. If yours does, the size or coverage may not be right — reach out and we'll help.

We don't recommend sleeping in compression garments.

Silhouette pieces are foundation garments, not activewear. Choose activewear for exercise.

Because shapewear is intimate, returns and exchanges may be restricted once the hygiene seal is removed, the garment is worn, or the product shows signs of use. See our returns page for details.

If the hygiene seal and tags are intact and the garment is unworn, we may be able to exchange it. Contact us as soon as possible.
