Because shapewear is an intimate garment, returns and exchanges may be restricted once the hygiene seal is removed, the garment is worn, or the product shows signs of use.

To be eligible, items must be

Unworn and unwashed.
Free of scent, deodorant, makeup, or damage.
Returned with original tags and hygiene protection intact.
Requested within the final approved return window [PENDING APPROVAL].

How to request a return

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
